  2. Which hotel you plan on (main account)
  3. Your age
  4. Gender
  5. Location
  6. Timezone
  7. What type of microphone you have (if you don't have one yet but will be getting one soon, please tell us that)
  8. Skype username (if you don't have skype it is alright for now)
  9. What will you bring to the show/ why should we hire you.
